My main task is Accounts Receivable clerks which entails also the collection to clients. I dealt with client accounts Dept, Finance Manager, Project Managers and even General Manager as the need arises just to negotiate the collection matters. In office, we are using Sage and Peachtree software to handle our full accounting cycle. Later we have shifted to Focus softwares to introduce our company with the ERP system.
Establish the company's workflow and coordination. Run by 16 members of cleaning team with a mixed nationalities of Bangali, Indian, Pakitani and Filipinos. We have served the requirements of local nationalities, Europeans, Americans and other Arab families who requires an honest, respected and client -oriented service in the range of cleaning and maintenance. My tasks mainly are heading the Finance by complete financial reports from daily to monthly reporting, scouting clients via internet by engaging in cobbone and groupon and supporting entire operation of the company.
I am tasked as a Accounts Receivable by encoding, monitoring and report the Sales of the company. I prepare Aging reports and analysis of clients sales and credit performances.I stand as a support in the payables sections by preparing the payables and prioritizing the clients standing. It became strategic to me since I am reporting about the sales and will then be able to strategically arrange the payables. I do monthly and annual reports necessary to establish the monthly and annual financial statements.
