• Perform to the best possible level, in an efficient and profit making manner, so as to grow Unibeton in both financial stature, and in reputation for reliability.
• Ensure management strategy implemented and developed in maintenance division.
• Ensure procedures established for maintaining high standards of operations, quality and safety in conformance to the company policy.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of operations, quality, reliability and safety.
• Implement various construction methods and keep track and control over Plants costs in order to avoid overspending.
• Ensure monthly Profit & Loss reports are prepared and checked for accuracy to achieve the maintenance & repairing it to be more efficient.
• Local and international interaction in Suppliers & technology, design and overall supervision of activities.
