✓ Coordinate with subcontractors regarding the work progress, maintenance, materials & meetings.
✓ Troubleshoot and technical advice to the maintenance team.
✓ Witness of pre-commissioning activities for Power system test, instrument loop checking and HVAC system.
✓ Managing all activities, meetings, and schedules for the maintenance department.
✓ Take all responsibilities of making weekly progress reports, Redlines drawing, Technical Query and submit to the
maintenance manager.
✓ Manage changes in engineering limiting impact on maintenance feasibility.
✓ Participate in contract management giving technical support on variation requests / change orders.
✓ Support the Technical Manager in controlling material quantities and engineering man-hours during the
course of the Project in order to anticipate potential misalignments and prepare dedicated recovery
plans.

✓ Responsible to provide all the detailed of HR reports to the management.
✓ Sorting and filing employees reports.
Helping making the monthly time sheet and handle it to the finance department.
✓ Make the necessary permits for our employees and company vehicles to enter the contractor sites.
