personal tutor is a service position in which the Personal tutor has to supervise over 15 to 20 clients every two hours . Monitoring their performance, teaching, assisting and motivating them .
Personal tutor is a position so vital for the sales team as it helps increase internal sales . the satisfaction the clients get from the supporting PTs ( personal tutors ) is what motivate them to renew their contract or refer one of their friends or family members to us
