- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production and maintenance departments.
- Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow, schedule, develop and implement

- Monitor production output, quality, and compliance regularly, identify issues, and initiate
corrective actions if necessary.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to implement and ensure
