QHSE supervisor - HSE lead for WTS segment
• Plan, develop and ensure proper implementation and adherence to the required quality standards,
processes, and control systems across NESR.
• Assist with the preparation of emergency response plans, procedures, and drills.
• Investigating accidents/ incidents and taking corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate with the HSE team in regular site visits, Audits, occupational health training, inductions,
implementation of new training in both (field and yard) to ensure optimum delivery and understanding.
• Aramco audit / PCI-QCI-Contract.
QHSE supervisor - JM Supervisor
• Monitor JMC team performance on a daily basis.
• Conduct LTC meeting review and audit, And Coordination with LTCs
• Monthly RAG report and NESR KSA Driving performance Report.
• Coordination with IVMS supplier
• Incident reporting and investigation procedures
QHSE Officer - Site Officer
• Implement and maintain integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (QHSE)
Management System of NPS and subsidiary companies as per the requirements of API Q2 - ISO9001:2000,
ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999
• Follow up the hazards report in Safe Zone by segment
• Maintain all safety records including induction training, QHSE training, inspections, audits and accident
investigation/ reports
• Ensure all activities are carried out with due regard for QHSE policies and all personnel work safely and are
environmentally aware
• Update & send daily HSE report & POB to office.
• Conduct & record daily pre job safety meeting with each shift.
• Site Safety Induction & Health Declaration for all visitors and service providing crew.
• Conduct daily hazard hunting for the site.
• Report open items in GEARS & follow up for closure.
• Follow the yearly NESR HSE Monitoring Plan.
• Report any HSE Event following the NESR reporting standards.
• Review all certifications for services companies' personnel and equipment prior to starting any operation
