procurement manager which responsible for all transactions purchasing, receiving and stock control. one of the main responsibility is to manage stock level of all items and keep in contact with the suppliers.
Buying items from different supplies ensuring the cheapest price with the best quality.
•Offering them the best service.
•Managing the stock by buying the needed items.
•Keeping a good relationship with the suppliers and the customers.
Rotation between administrative offices.
•Checking the inventory of the hospital and ordering the missing items for every department.
•Getting all the patients documents that entered the hospital.
•Checking whether there are incomplete or missing information in any document.
•Ensuring the organization of files by classification of patients according to their ID, nationality Nssf, social security papers, insurance company...
•Auditing documents needed for the approval of discharge for patients.
•Ensure that company standards are fully applied.
•Ensure that company or department is on track to meet its financial goals.
•Store management, coordinating with the operations development in order to keep up the company standards.
•Monitoring stock movement by weekly reports submitted from the stores
•Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports, and ensure the department complies with company policies.
•Ensure workers have the resources to complete their work.
•Ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
•Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
•Assess overall company performance against objectives.
•Controlling the training and development of staff team.
•Store accounting auditing in order to ensure smooth operation.
•Identify store and fast moving items according to customer mix and arrange to procure the goods in order to forecast requirement of supplies and work within the budget.
Main responsibility: assistance manager for both wholesaler and retailers, manage the product stock for the whole organization, receipt of goods and importing and invoicing of the product.
•Preparing all the financials reports for the organization.
•Coordinating with all employees concerning the files and conducting continuous follow up for the schedules and the related papers in order to prepare the contracts needed for each file, Reconciliation, Invoice Journals, Daily journal vouchers, Deal with customers, and new agents inside, Filling, Data entry.
Working in KFC New Sour
BOH, and MOH.
•Have a certificate in BOH, MOH, and FOH from MENAPAK- KFC.
