Typical Work Activities:
Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of electrical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods and safety rules.
Installation and maintenance of electrical systems such as Lighting, Small power, Low current (ICT, SACS CCTV, BMS, PMS, Fire alarm sytem).
Installation of cables (power cables, FOC, CAT 6), cable trays and other equipment. Cabling pulling monitoring and inspection.
Testing of electrical panels (main, sub and final distribution) and circuit breakers.
Installation, testing and maintenance of Transformer, UPS, Generators, RMU (Ring main unit), capecitor bank, circuit breakers and electrical equipment.
Plan the execution of electrical related works and coordinate the works with Electrical and civil groups.
Submit site Requests for Inspections (RFIs), daily reports and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for electrical and related works prior to execution.
Coordination with QA/QC engineer. Preparing Load Schedules for panels. Working on electrical circuit diagrams.
Responsible for all electrical shop and as built drawings.

SAP consultant training in Materials management module.
SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) 6.0 (EHP 7.0).
Good knowledge of procurement, logistics & supply chain management

Understanding the distribution/transmission process and the sections and steps involved in stepping down of high voltage to medium and low voltages.
Site erection and operation overview about the general infrastructure/erection of a substation, the equipment used and the necessary measures taken for safety.
Familiar with all sections of a substation.
Examined the operation of GIS, switch gear, power & auxiliary transformers, NER, capacitor banks, inductors (reactors), generator units firefighting systems, batteries, control cable laying works.
Control panels and their functions.
Having knowledge about HV, MV, LV, control and power transmission lines and FOC.
