▪ Preparing Internal Memos, Warning, termination & promotion Letters and other
correspondence related to HR department.
▪ Keeping updated with all new laws, articles and procedures related to the field.

01/01/2016, & new classifications rules & procedures.
▪ Liaising with the PRO, Facility Coordinator, Admin Coordinator during onboard
processing, to arrange for the new employees visas, air tickets, accommodations,
transportations, name badge, contracts, bank accounts, etc.
▪ Providing full support to HR team whenever required in scheduling the Medical check-up
appointments and typing emirates ID applications for the employees. Enrolling and
renewal of health insurance cards.
▪ Giving inductions for new arrivals.
▪ Identifying training needs through close monitoring of employees performance, in
concern with Functional/Operational Heads.
▪ Processing the air ticket booking for the entitled employees.
Reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
•Using specialist dictionaries, thesauruses and reference books to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used.
•Researching legal, technical and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation.
•Proofreading and editing final translated versions.
•Using the internet and email as research tools throughout the translation process.
Guarding the Museum along with other officers and soldiers.
