*Checking all the orders on the system on a daily basis to take due actions on the reverse or the return.
*Directing hubs teams to transfer the orders returned or reversed to distribution center and assure that orders items are not damaged or lost.
*Aligning with Account Managers to coordinate the actions due regarding the returned orders with the merchant.
*Aligning between hubs & distribution center to assure that returned orders are returned to the right final destination.
*Monitoring the return SLA and making sure that orders processing is meeting SLAs.
* Reviewing the orders status on the system and assuring the compatibility with the sheets/reports used.
* Direct the operations managers on the cost of lost items to take due actions based on each case.
* Assuring orders has been collected from the end-consumer by directing hubs teams.
* Follow up with key accounts and make sure that all updates made on time
* Follow with hubs till they delivered or return the shipments as per customers feedback
* Send daily report to clients
*Handle the weekly deposit report with finance team
*Follow up with data entry team till upload all the shipments data

*Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
*Help the clients through email, phone, online/virtual presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
* Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Forecast and track key account metrics/goals.
* Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
*Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
* Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our service.
* Analyze Amazon score card on daily basis.
* Make sure that all the postponed shipments is out for delivery and all shipments status updated on system.

Follow up with customers to pay their billing and check up on their line if there is any problem follow up with them and transfer them to the responsible department.

Assisting in the process of new hiring candidates receiving from them the required document
Follow up on the contracts if they are handled correctly or there is something that needs to take care of.
Taking the attendance daily to know if there any problem in Sales Department handles it quickly immediately.
Contact job candidates to schedule appointments assisting in the recruitment process.
Filling the applications of the applicants to refer to it easily later.
