- Administer computer hardware infrastructure, applications, and systems as per operating procedures.
- Follow system rerun/re-start procedures according to Operations Manual or as advised by the system support staff.
- Monitor the performance of network systems, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications and devices in order to identify any issues and inform concerned staff of outcome
- Implement necessary upgrades, patches or troubleshooting and provide solutions for issues at hand and ensure to mitigate similar future issues.
- Communicate upcoming infrastructure changes/issues to management to decrease any negative impact on business.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the management.
