• Initiate the restructuring process for the Agency with the aim to enhance the investment performance
• Help in building Agency’s strategy and building the needed action plans and milestones on an annual basis

• Achieving an overall earning of SAR 153 million in 2021 compared to 44 million in 2020 with nearly 400% increase
• Closure of 242 public offers in 2021 compared to 123 public offers in 2020 with nearly 200% increase
• Completion of 141 projects in 2021 compared to 54 projects in 2020 with nearly 300% increase
• Introducing new 5000 FTE’s in 2021 with the establishment of four large hospitals of 1000 beds, food fabrication city, gas stations, hotels, boulevard and food fabrication city
• Oversees the operation of land and real-estate sales and acquisitions
• Conduct needed studies to Identify targeted development lands for potential investment
• Suggest and negotiate contract terms and conditions with properties’ operators to serve the benefit of the Authority

Completion of many major projects, yet to be implemented that considered as golden opportunities when utilized with an overall income of SAR 450 mln These are as follows: A welcoming Center, Nogodi Company, Alkuma Bab, Aljenen Land, Altammar Land, Nama Building, AlQaseem Gate, AbuAljood Land, Cinema Bus, Almugaisla Castle, and Prisoners Care Project,
• Managing equity and merchandise funds with banks
• Revise and correct the main business contracts for the company and rearrange them to reflect the best possible business/commercial practices for the benefit of the company
• Advise on the liquidity management and how to make it profitable by suggesting the best utilization of all available liquidity resources
• Provide the needed support for a proper debt restructuring process and create a work plan to get out of the over- leveraged position of the group
• Support correcting company’s position to handle new large-scale projects and to compete in the market based on better pricing and service quality
• Support finding the best financing solutions, to execute company’s projects, from local banks including negotiating the pricing and other loans’ covenants, after doing the needed risk assessment, taken in consideration the business nature of the company
• Supervise the assessment process of the insurance policies and contracts and the procedure of negotiating new terms and prices, including extracting new suitable offers related to insuring company’s vehicles, equipment, medical services and new projects
• Manage the restructuring process for one of the main subsidiaries, working in the field of land transportation, for the aim of turning it to a profitable company, after setting a new five-years plan which included; correcting all the internal processes, upgrading the needed licenses, suggesting a new business model, and doubling the number of fleet from 25 to 50 vehicles
• Supervise one of the main projects handled by the company, an EPC road project, after studying the project and its necessary plans of funding, taking in consideration the needed equipment, manpower and time period to conclude the project
• Introduce a new initiative related to “Women Empowerment Plan” by creating the females division in the company, the main role involved the employment of talented Saudi women and the supervising their work as a way of introducing the female component in the company
Achievements
• Slugger Project with total cost of USD 400 mln,
• Highway Project with total cost USD 100 mln, and
• Many small internal projects.
Responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio of the group Office including real estates listed equities and private equities, guided by the strategic investment policy
• Manage Group’s Portfolio equities: Apply analytical skills for key performance indicators including areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures, and use the advanced predictive analytics to support portfolio’s growth and control risk exposure, also monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
• New Investment Initiatives: Support strategic planning of business initiatives and manage ad-hoc analytics for strategic investment opportunities including making investment recommendations
• Business Analysis and Valuation: Apply technical/fundamental analysis and perform company valuation including; macro analysis and sectors, on-the-ground research, and produce investment recommendations and reports, also actively monitor sector specific performance, report portfolio earnings and corporate actions and build relationships with investee company management teams
• Manage Group’s Real Estate Investments: Lead the investment management team, oversee the strategic plans with the aim for locating, structuring, negotiating, and assessing real estate transactions, and support the new acquisition initiatives
• Manage Firm’s Equity and Private Equity Portfolios: In line with firm’s vision, strategies, and the foreseen behavior of targeted markets\opportunities
• Responsible for the ongoing asset management and reporting of the portfolio

Collect and analyze portfolio data to monitor investment returns and risk levels
