2-1- Interface with executives to define project priorities implementations opportunities and challenges and keep team up-to-date with project risks/opportunities and furnishing board with regular progress reports.
2-2- Interface with internal teams, stakeholders, venders and partners in the execution of projects.
2-3- Assist with the development of project schedules, incorporating dates and times for decisions, availability of design information, procurements of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installation, for all projects are established, aggregated and maintained.
2-4- Monitor and assist to resolve all risks/issues and projects efficiently and assist to develop all organizational policies and procedures for projects.
2-5- Monitor all project milestones and ensure compliance to all timeframe and resolve all risks/issues according to required project plan and assist to resolve all issues within organization.
2-6- Analyze projects performance and ensure achievement of all objectives within required deadline and monitor all system functionality.
2-7- Resolving design/construction conflicts and inform all stakeholders of all impending risk implications and develop efficient integrated workflow in coordination with project team.
