•Adhere to ANSI, API, B-31.8, FL-CP, PL-CP standards to ensure the correct procedures for sand / grit blasting, coating, WPS, Hydro testing, pipeline flushing, dewatering, N2 purging, mothballing, NORM decontamination, protection system like CI & CP, specific crossings of pipeline like railway, water channel, river, mountain, OHL and others according to International standards.
•Follow up the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation surface construction works which related to BP and ESP Hook ups arrangement, WI, NF Hook up & Tie-ins, carry out the twin option of two or more flow lines / Pipelines with installation of Insulation spool & NRV valves arrangements.
•Participated in cost estimation calculations for new pipeline projects.
•Carry out onsite HSE auditing programs to confirm the minimum requirements of MHS and HK levels.
•Adhere to HSE requirements to work in unsafe conditions like Gas detectors and BA sets (as required) for hot works, confined space and vessel entries, NORM certificate for NORM contaminated areas, correct PPE as recommended in PTWs and well understanding any further precautions were determined in PTW and associated isolation certificates and hazard checklists.
