• Receive Goods after checking the specification and expiry dates
• Track the status of the stores daily to arrange and organize, security and safety
• Preparing Documentary for goods received and outgoing
• Print invoices for drivers and sales representative and follow-up delivered to customer
• The consummation and completion of the documentary cycle for goods received and outgoing to assist management to make appropriate decisions
• Ensuring that the actual inventory of the balances of books and documentary
• Supervising the periodic and sudden inventory operations
• Work on the ERP system for each category Receipt of goods received through the ERP system
• Track the goods outgoing to other branches through the ERP system

Following the daily transaction for the cash and banks and prepare the entries
• Preparing the monthly reports for the cash and banks
• Following the providers accounts
• To monitor cash and petty cash

Cost / Inventory managing and submitting Monthly Report
• Review internal controls documentation to ensure compliance to payment policies
• Prepared reporting to support accounting tracking and decision making

Calculation of staff vacation pay and providing necessary information of personnel department for calculation of staff benefits
• Bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of reports
