1/ Enter all the orders coming from markets by sales representative in the system and doing all the related procedures of the documents for require products arranging and invoices with sure the Prices figures are right .
2/Correct all the invoices if there is any different in prices or there is any returns stock from the markets
3/Make the distribution and sending for all the deliveries to the market and sure that they reached there on time and all invoices procedures has done correctly in the market till stamped .
4/Creating & providing all the related reports.
5/ Doing all the communicant with the other related section sales, marketing, IT, HR and account .
6/ Full responsibility of the team work and the vans .
The warehouse
1/ Requiring all the products orders of the Riyadh south branch from the factory .
2/Keep eye to the all categories and quantity of all the products in store (in system and physically) to not be upper or lower than the standard level to avoid shortage & expiration end .
3/ Communicant between the section, production and the supply chain .
4/Stock management
Other support responsibilities
1/following all the maintenance work in the depot .
2/following all the suppliers .
3/responsibility of the helpers manpower and the distribution in the sections and all the related reports
