• Verify & prepare shop drawings layouts of all infrastructure netwoks ( MV
network - LV network - street lighting - telecommunication).
• Study new projects & making take off quantity & submit the technical
reports and estimate the budget prices for all electrical items.
• Create A (B.O.Q) of by Design of electrical disciplines (MV - LV - Street
Lighting - Telecommunication - fire alarm - CCTV - public & voice address
- SCADA - LPB - security system - access control - radio).
• Making all electrical design, redesign Drawing & all Calculation in
infrastructure & LC projects (MV network - LV network - street lighting -
telecommunication - sizing of Generators-all electrical works for RO
plants & storm pump station& STP &Sewage lift station& potable water
and irrigation plans).
• Ability to create a cost analysis based on a material selection technical
standards - items breakdown.
• Preparation all electrical shop drawings and arrange with my staff
(electrical engineers and draftsmen) to produce accurate, clear and
comprehensive drawing for building and infrastructure projects Handling
and Provide technical assistance to all electrical site engineer.
• Determine scope of work and B.O.Q for subcontractors &handling the
price of each item according to budget cost.
• Provide supplier with all technical information & drawing & all
requirement from government agencies ministries & consultant
requirement with matching specification according our contract in order
to take approval for all technical submittals.
• Coordinate with other department (Civil-Mechanical- Architecture).
• Reviewing all subcontractor invoices.
Responsibilities
• Ability to create a cost analysis based on a material selection technical
standards -items breakdown.
• Manage all technical staff (electrical engineer & electrical draft men).
Work according to SEC standards in order to approve all Design and shop
drawing for MV & LV network for housing projects from sec sector as per
site location, and work according to The Ministry of Municipal and Rural
Affairs standards in order to approve all shop drawing for Street lighting
network from Municipal as per site location.
• Follow up consultant & ministries & SEC & Municipality &STC& civil
Defense NWC & till take approval for all drawings.
• Determine scope of work and B.O.Q for subcontractors &handling the
price of each item according to budget cost.
