• Supervise Cash-for-Work (CfW) participants and contractors on

The role included supervising infrastructure works such as gabion walls, riprap protection works, and culvert construction, while monitoring on-site progress to ensure high-quality execution in line with approved designs, technical specifications, and donor requirements. Additionally, field data collection, technical reporting, and support to monitoring activities were conducted throughout the project cycle, alongside effective coordination with beneficiaries, community members, and stakeholders, and professional handling of beneficiary feedback and complaints in accordance with humanitarian principles.
