Ensuring introductory lectures are provided to new employees and conducting Toolbox Talks to discuss and resolve issues.
Ensuring the comfort and well-being of employees, including providing drinking water, proper restrooms, and rest areas.
Ensuring scaffolding is inspected before work begins, and monitoring the safety of electrical wires to prevent contact with scaffolding.
Ensuring that safe entry and exit points are available during concrete pouring activities, and that sufficient lighting is provided.
Ensuring safety barriers are installed during excavation work and maintaining required safety signage and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensuring that confined spaces, such as trenches or piping areas, have adequate ventilation and that oxygen and gas levels are monitored.
Managing the flow of equipment and vehicles, ensuring signage is installed, and assigning flagmen for safety.
Ensuring that pedestrian walkways are separate from equipment paths.
Managing dust control by spraying water in areas where equipment operates.
Ensuring the safe handling of chemicals during isolation procedures in infrastructure works.
Ensuring the proper issuance of permits and inspection of crane during lifting activities and ensuring safety zones are maintained with appropriate signage to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the area.
Documenting observations with photos, sending them to the relevant departments for action, and following up to ensure that issues are resolved to eliminate any potential risks to employees

التأكد من الموقع انه خالي من المخاطر وايضا التأكد من توفير لوحات تحذيرية و الإرشادية والتأكد من توفير تصاريح العمل والتأكد من المعدات والأدوات انها سليمة وليس فيها تلف والتأكد من توفير مياه الشرب ودورات المياة والتأكد من المواد الكيميائية ان ليس بها خطورة على العاملين أثناء استعمالها والتأكد من المداخل ومخارج الطوارئ والتأكد من السقالات انها سليمه والتأكد من الكيابل الكهربائية انها سليمة وليس فيها خطورة على العاملين والتأكد من توفير طفايات الحريق

وأخيرا كتابة التقارير ورفعها للإدارة
