1) Prepares accounts and analysis as required. sales invoices, intercompany billing, inventories, assets control, contracts etc.,
2) Prepare the financial & inventory reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis as requested by the corporate office.
3) Prepare the yearly tax on profit and tax on dividend distribution in cooperation with the external auditor
4) Manage vat declaration on quarterly basis
5) Dealing with Auditors and provide them with all needed information.
6) Prepare the collection report on daily basis
7) Dealing with Internal Auditors and provide all the information and support and implement the suggestion given by them in consultation with Corporate Finance.
8) Review the GL Accounts on monthly basis
9) Review of all kind of expenses and suggestion for cost reduction.
10) Prepare of Bank Reconciliation of All the banks.
11) Prepare the annual budget for the company (as per the format) and variance report as and when required.
12) Check the Daily collection with receipts & journal from Locations. (As per the new receipt process)....
13) Manage the local/foreign suppliers’ payments
14) Review the supplier’s reconciliation and submit the report to CO...
15) Maintain full and accurate client legal database
16) Creating New Accounts (Cash/Credit) On the system based on company's policy
17) Approving the daily sales orders based on the set credit policy
18) Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issue that might arise.
19) Working towards achieving the maximum amount from the bad debt
20) Coordinate with the Accounts Dep. to ensure payments are allocated properly
21) Maintain updated fixed asset registry;
22) Ensure confidentiality of accounts and information to employees third-parties;
23) Perform any other task assigned by the Mother Company / Group subsidiaries management.
24) Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close statements and records as required by the management.
