 Plan, coordinate, manage, control & execution of all activities related to the receiving, storage, inventory movement, and shipping to meet the requirements and delivery schedules using proper documentation processing.
 Develop and implement warehouse expansion/maintenance plans.
 Prepare the cycle count plan for all company warehouses.
 Assist in developing, monitoring & ensuring the implementation of warehousing policies and procedures.
 Prepare regular and timely operational reports regarding warehousing activities and stock control.
 Ensure safe storage of goods.
 Ensure maximum utilization of warehousing & inventory management systems at each location.
 Eliminate returns dues to shipment errors or damage in transit through proper documentation processing, investigating returns and taking correctional actions.
 Plan, manage and organize warehouse operations and determine space requirements along with workforce requirements based on seasonal forecasts.
 Implement control measures to enhance on time and problem-free shipments from all warehousing locations and minimize inter warehouse transfers including coordination with sales, suppliers and the customer base to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
 Plan and implement all aspects of warehousing management, and managing resources to reduce costs.
 Ensure cost-effective warehousing techniques.
 Identify opportunities for improvement and elimination of non-value-added tasks to enhance process efficiency, quality of information and job satisfaction.
 Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient logistics operational objectives are being accomplished.
 Responsible for minimizing companywide warehousing costs while maintaining required levels of internal and external customer service/satisfaction in addition to developing and implementing strategic plans to continually drive costs out of the warehouses network.
 Coordinate with purchasing & production on stock safety levels & informing purchasing when repeat orders, purchase level is reached in stores or whenever needed.
 Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager.
 Manage all aspects of Warehouses & Logistics (planning, monitoring, implementing & follow-up) including WH keeping & inventory, goods delivery. Utilizing the resources available in these functions effectively.

• Coordinate & Prepared the Deliveries schedule for company customers & update customers status.
• Supervise Staff attendance & Performance (Achieving all tasks on deadlines).
• Distribute the Daily Tasks as per Business requirements & improve Performance levels.
• Plan & Monitor Stocks Movements (Storing & Segregating by FIFO method) & Safe Stocks concept (Demand Forecasting).
• Optimizing the company's vehicles in delivering goods, if a vehicle rental is must require to complete the delivery schedule, here shipping costs are negotiated to reduce the cost as much as possible.
• Guiding and monitoring employees to control proper handling and movements for the safety of (personnel, goods & equipment).
• Follow-up the movement of receipts and making the necessary Issues communications if any.
• Chose the best storage processes to optimize the utilization of warehouse space.
• Supervising the implementation of safety and hygiene rules for employees, workplaces and Warehouses.
• Guiding maintenance to the machines and tools used
• Formulating & deliver weekly, monthly reports & follow-up of cycle counts / inventories, expiry lists to senior management.
• Preparing / present rotating performance presentations.
• Making Interviews for recruitment, staff training & then evaluating.
