Responsibilities & Duties:

-Interviews And Hiring.
-Succession plan to be prepared.
-Evaluation of area managers and development plan
-Basic needs(Training, Uniforms, Salary And Incentive) To be controlled.
- Evaluation of crew members and development plan.
- Reward and Recognition programs to be supported

Customers
- Communications channel with customers.
- Reading all comment cards.
- Handling all critical customer complains.
- Customer services facility to be available.
- Balancing between stock, spoilage and non-available items.
- Handel all customers complain.
-Review home delivery process. Ensure and surpass the safety and ---- satisfaction requirements of all customers.

Business
-Prepare annual sales plan for all outlets.
-Analysis for P.& L. with area managers.
-Determine opportunities in P.& L.
-Prepare Action plans.Prepare any activities to maximize sales.
-Follow up on L.S.M. Activities in outlets.
-Identifying market trends affecting poor and over performance in addition -to ensuring all team members understand the targets and are capable of achieving the set standards.

Standards and Operations system
-Support standards, manuals and new systems.
- Assist in train the managers on the new systems.
-To be sure that the standards was applicable.
-Identify the needs of new standards or update one.

Maintenance
-Review maintenance situation of outlets daily
-Check maintenance orders and action plans.

Q.S.& C.
 Conduct visit report in each outlet per month.
 Determine opportunities in outlets.
 Prepare an action plan for each visit (SMART).
 Coaching and support.
 Follow up and evaluate results.
 Detail cleaning schedule in each outlet
