-Stock keeping, warehousing and inventory management through Vdolphin ERP
-Prepare inventory, purchase and sales reports
-Prepare the necessary sheets to put an order from local and foreign suppliers
-Prepare studies related to sales, stock and slow moving items
-Prepare product quotations for customers
-Invoicing and pricing of merchandise
-Coordination with Customs Authority for exit of merchandise from Tripoli Port
-Installing all necessary software of windows for employees’ computers
-Solve any technical problem that occurs to any software or hardware of users.
-Communicate with Software design in order to solve any problem occurred to Vdolphin ERP and solve it online.
-Help the sales team in the sales field if necessary
-Training sessions when necessary for colleagues about the usage of Vdolphin system.
-Installing HPA garage equipment (Wheel balancers, Lifts and Wheel aligners) on site and give clients instruction on how to use them
-Regular client visits in order to maintain HPA Software and updates
-Communicate through video calls with Italian engineers and programmers in case of malfunctioning of HPA garage equipment to fix them immediately
-Prepare and send SMSs to clients.
-Prepare offers with the management and monitor the results and report them back.
-Cameras monitoring and maintaining.
-Studying and revising the daily invoices and receipts of other branches.
