Identifying areas for improvement by analyzing current and historical data which is crucial to
understand trends and the current situation of the department.
• Gathering data to measure baseline and the current situation, thus, improvement can be measured after
the implementation of the department's goals.
• Creating a database using Excel to simplify analyzing the data and producing charts for reporting.
• Creating Gantt charts to illustrate the department's goals to easily coordinate and track activities.

• Worked on the clinic utilization project to make the workplace more efficient by distributing
examination rooms evenly between physicians and decrease patients waiting time for their new and
follow up appointments.

department tasks to facilitate the transition to a paperless system and help to digitize information,
thus, facilitates benefiting from information to improve and increase patients satisfaction.
• Assigned as a team leader to organize the workflow and ensure the department’s goals are being met starting from Sept 2012
• Created and modified flight reservations upon customers' requests to meet their needs.
• Issued, reissued, and refunded almost 1500 tickets per month.
• Provided customers with flight information to minimize confusion and reduce the no-show rate.
