* Coordinated production staff to ensure that all policies and procedures were followed perfectly.
* Ensure quality assurance throughout the
roduction process.
* Creating and maintaining the production schedule, and conducting a detailed weakly production report.
*Contact suppliers/manufacturers for material sourcing.
* Ensuring that products being produced meet the standards and Discipline.
* Increase motivation and work efficiency by implementing reward systems.
* Maintaining safety on-site throughout the plant and evaluating a potential risk.

* Reviewing schematic plans per project requirements, and communicate with clients to identify the defined requirements, scope, and objectives.
* Creating work schedules, and achieving deadlines are absolutely important.
* Creating and filing submittals such as Material Requests(MR or PO), Materials Approvals,
prequalification submittal, and Mockup Samples.
* Contact suppliers/manufacturers for material sourcing.
* Evaluate technical specifications of products and compare them with project specifications.
Coordinate materials submittal and follow up for consultant approval.
* Meet stakeholders and clients for any material clarifications during tendering.
