Spare Parts:
- Manage the department and the staff and policy-making.
- Follow-up the orders for items with suppliers.
- Supervise the introduction of items orders in the system and reviewing applications
- Follow-up shipments from suppliers to arriving in warehouses.
- Follow-up customs clearance procedures with customs brokers.
- Follow-up to the receipt of shipments in warehouses and make sure quantities received
- Follow-up the payments for suppliers and customs brokers with the financial Dept.
- Supervise the sales department and make sure workflow.
- Supervision of warehouses.
Supervise & Audit the works of the following:
1- Customs Clearance in all the ports of KSA:
- Follow-up to the arrival of shipping documents with the bank and financial management
- Follow-up documents with suppliers
- To provide documents to the clearing agent
- Follow-up work and the speed of the clearance
- Provide the necessary letters to the customs
- Follow-up laboratory examination of samples with the Food and Drug
- Follow-up the transfer of goods from ports to warehouses.
2- SFDA & Quality and Standards:
- Registration the items in SFDA system to get the approval.
- Submit the import shipments for customs inspection in SFDA system.
- Provide specifications for the goods to the quality management to check the labels on products
- Provide the required modifications from the quality management to the suppliers to rewrite labels on products
3- Shipping:
- Request the best freight rates from the shipping lines
- Follow-up booking container with shipping lines
- Ensure workflow with suppliers and shipping lines
- Follow-up to the arrival of containers and consignments
4- Government Relations:
- Establish a good relationship with government departments.
- Scheduling visits to ministries and government departments related to work.
- Solve the problems facing the company with government measures.
- Establish Department of import and export in the company.
- Preparation of plans and mechanisms for the work of the administration.
- Policy-making of the work of the administration.
- Follow-up to the Purchasing Section to make sure that purchase orders and L/C and review.
- Review the reports and follow-up shipments.
- Follow-up the reports of acts of Customs Clearance in all the ports of KSA:
- Planning and control for the conduct of shipments with the suppliers and the shipping lines.
- Contract agreements with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Solve the problems facing the shipments with customs brokers
and customs administration.
- Work on all customs exemptions with Customs Administration.

- Coordination with shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Offers access to freight rates to compare and book containers
- Coordination between suppliers and shipping lines and solve problems related to delays in the shipment of goods
- Follow-up shipments with freight forwarders
- Follow-up documents with suppliers
- Preparing reports for shipping
3- Customs Clearance in all the ports of KSA:
- Receipt of documents from project managers and validated.
- Translation the shipper's invoices for submission to Customs
- Make sure the arrival of shipments to the Kingdom.
- Follow-up clearance of shipments at the customs broker in all ports and airports.
- Travel to ports in the Kingdom to resolve the difficulties facing the customs broker.
- Follow-up delivery of the containers and packages repositories.
- Solving the problems facing the customs broker with the Customs.
- Work on all customs exemptions with Customs Administration.
- Interview, customs officials to solve the problems shipments.
- Follow-up transactions and imported goods and an end to proceedings in the Customs.
- Preparation of daily reports of transactions and submitted to the Department.
4- Transportation:
- Request for trucks to transport goods from warehouses to the customers in the Kingdom.
- Follow the arrival of the trucks to the final destination.
- Contracting with transport companies.
- Preparation of daily reports of the transport.
5- Warehouse:
- Supervise the warehouse
- Track the arrival of shipments to warehouse
- Follow-up processing of goods and materials
- Verify the readiness of materials and goods to be sent to customers
