Managing Project Budget, Monitoring and Controlling the costs. Forecasting Project Budget, Change Order Management. Negotiation for the Project Settlements, Invoicing-Collection, Preparing Cash-Flow plan and monitoring it through the project executing. Preparation of final Close-out report and document it.
