Develop an implementation framework roadmap for implementing lean in healthcare sectors, in a form
of notational process flow diagram (BPMN), so the healthcare sector's leadership and responsible are
able to start their lean implementation journey.
Method used, Benchmarking the lean practices and performance measures adopted in five different
hospital cases, which have been known for implementing lean. BPMN was used to analyze and
illustrate the process flow of implementing lean in each hospital case.
Description: Maintenance Engineer.

Had the chance to handle with different type cases as a Mechatronics engineer with Ups systems and
generators, and check the entire electrical device in the corporation.
Programming the control panel for access control system. Installing and servicing a full security
system as CCTV, EAS system and finger print.
