JOB PROFILE
Dealing with major ADNOC companies like ZADCO, NDC etc.
Preparing tenders for ADNOC companies etc.
Handled supplies to major ports, Dry Docks and shipping companies.
Coordinating with the vessel agents and vessel Captain for the vessel deliveries.
Coordinating with the Logistics and ensure the goods are delivered on time.
Prepare LPO (for local purchase), Invoice and Delivery note.
Procure goods from the local market if necessary.
Prepare certification (Test & Inspection) for the wire rope and lifting accessories.
Part of business development team.
Developing long term relationship with clients
Calculating client quotation.
Providing pre and post sales technical assistance and product knowledge.
Analyzing costs and sales
Calculating client quotation and sending accurate and grammatically correct sales quotations.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how the product is beneficial to client.
Handling overseas territory like Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europe, Singapore, USA, Germany.
Provided training to business partners on the various products of the company.
Sales Co-ordinator
Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
