International buffet Restaurant (95 Seating), Kuwaiti food Fine Dining Restaurant (70 Seating), Seafood Fine Dining Restaurant (60 Seating), Cafe and lobby (60 Seating), Swiss-Halls (250 Seating), Outside catering (Max 400/day)
Position: Feb 2011 - Aug 2013: Sous-chef. Working on buffet Restaurant (main job 3 days a week 13 Cook per Shift, multicuisine, Chinese, Arabic, Indian, Italian, Asian Korean) and Italian fine dining (2 days /week) 90% cooking on hot, grill and cold and 10% admin duties. Sep 2013 to Feb 2017. Executive sous Chef: same outate and position as for the sous chef only that I had 25% admin duties.

Full description of the Outlets: Head Chef: Three meals a day each meal 2000 pax. Type of cuisine 3 (Arabic, Indian &Asian) daily worked by 3 shifts each shift around 25 chefs. As head Chef I was involved in all aspects of cooking and preparing dish as well as menu development as well the cleaning and processing presentation for customer.
