During my years at G42 my role varied greatly, starting at setting-up the PMO and organizational processes from ground up, to scaling Engineering department, to Successfully delivering on company's most strategic projects/products. During my time company has scaled from a 15 people Start-up into a 1000+ people Unicorn and field leader in the UAE. I led/worked on more than 15 strategic Projects and Products, few listed below:
▪Building and operating world class Laboratories
▪Building Clinical Genomics and Consumer Genomics business - In the past three years we at G42 built the biggest OMICS Sequencing Lab in the World accessible to UAE Government and Clients and now are working on opening it to Global customers.
▪Managing Analyticsand BI projects for various public sector clients
▪Development of various strategic Web and Mobile Applications
▪Development of Machine Learning based Medical platforms
Consulting on more than 10 projects in the domain Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Web Applications. Advising corporate clients on operating model improvement through digitization and Artificial Intelligence powered decision making - including NLP, Chatbots, ML models and Big Data pipelines. Working for clients in various industries: Pharmaceuticals, Resources, Insurance, Financial Services and Public Sector.
Working directly with PWC Strategy& on advising and executing large scale Digital Transformations, including Cloud Migration, Big Data Architecture design, Process Automation, and Data Science. Working on transformation of a major Dutch Bank and major Belgian Bank. Also conducted 4 Data Science focused projects. As a consultant I had to apply best Client Relationship practices to ensure broader perspective of collaboration.
Developing bank's Trading Risk platform. I was working as both Business Analyst and Software Developer in a DevOps team, closely collaborating with Bank's best Traders, to understand and implement their requirements. The overall platform development involved more than a dozen of teams spread across Hong Kong, Singapore, Paris and New York.
Master Thesis on Machine Learning Industrialisation. Working on Sales Decks, creating Product Demos and conducting Design Thinking Sessions for C level Executives to boost sales of SAHP S/4 Hana Cloud. Working with between Presales Lab and Center of Excellence.
Working with senior Strategy Program managers in newly established PMO. Assisting on elaboration and standardization of seven major Programs with total budget of 10 billion USD. On daily basis was in contact with JP Morgan's delivery project managers (from Mumbai to Tampa) to review and report on their progress (RAG, budgeting, Risk, and Issues etc.). Learned best practices of senior Program Managers on how to effectively managed Program deliveries by directly working with them.
