Prestige Real Estate is an established provider of residential, corporate and leisure developments. It is one of the largest and fastest growing real estate companies in the Emirate.
• As a Property Investment Consultant, my main duties were to source viable investments, manage assets and broker deals.
• I had direct access to a portfolio valued in excess of 1 Billion AED, and an extensive network of high profiles clients and investors.
• I studied and performed market analyses to determine and forecast real estate trends and investment opportunities.
I established RM Finance & Consultancy in 2014 with the objective of facilitating the expansion and growth of small medium enterprises across the U.K.
• I directed a team of analysts, and secured contracts through direct business to business sales, networking and presentations.
• I identified issues within organisations and suggested recommendations, as well as possible routes of expansion and growth.
• Main duties included creating management models, offering financial and marketing advice, rebranding, and training and development of staff.
I Previously served as the Executive Volunteers Director 15/16 term, leading a team of over 200 volunteers. I was elected as the Vice-President for 16/17 term.
• I facilitated the empowerment of over 200 individuals - through intensive training, workshops and practice - volunteers were able to further develop their confidence, in addition to essential professional skills including; teamwork; sales; negotiation; customer service; and leadership.
• Duties: Primary advisor to the President and Secondary re presentative of the charity; Co-ordinate an oversee the activities of both the executive board and the society as a whole - with strong focus on financial, volunteering and fundraising activities.
The Indian Palace is a multi award winning locally renowned Indian restaurant with multiple busy branches catering to the North West of England.
• I initially began as a server at the age of 13, upon showing exemplary leadership, teamwork & customer service skills - I was promoted to front of house manager at 17, and by 20 I was managing and overseeing the operations of two branches.
• My main duties included: overseeing routine procedures and ensuring that a high quality of customer service is delivered; training and evaluating staff on a quarterly basis; handle complaints and customer enquiries; ensure that processes are running at maximum efficiency and productivity is high.
