• Responsible for tendering procedures and updating the suppliers list, ensuring that the prices are market relevant.
• Organizing and coordinating the logistical aspects for planning, holding and documenting meetings, workshop, seminars and other events in cooperation with the respective team members (preparing participant lists, coordination with hotels on ID, etc.)

Managed the Middle East & Africa leadership Summit by Marriott International. The event took place
in 3 hotels for over 500 people, I was responsible for the events held at the St. Regis hotel (part of
Marriott group) which included the main Conference, cocktail receptions, breakout sessions and the
Gala dinner. I have Successfully led the team responsible for planning and organizing the event
(Technical team, production team and the creative team) and worked closely with them and the client
to assure that the event branding, setup, agendas, installation and rehearsals schedules are cleared and
implemented on time.
USAID Jordan Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS), FHI 360
In charge of planning and organizing all USAID LENS events and activities, which includes the
development of event concept and RFPs, recruiting vendors and marketing agencies, supporting events
communications (marketing and branding) and logistics functions. USAID LENS is a USD 65 million
project that aim at supporting micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and developing an inclusive business
enabling environment
● Designed and managed the project’s launch events in 2 governorates in cooperation with
national and local stakeholders, key parties and beneficiaries.
Digital Financial Services (DFS) Forum”. the forum was held under the patronage of the
Central Bank of Jordan and aimed to facilitate the dialogue on how Jordan can harness digital
technologies to support the financial inclusion of MSEs. Total Budget JOD 45K.
● Organized a series of community-based events; “MSE Festivals and Finance Fairs”; in cooperation
with partner municipalities, governorates, local NGOs, BSPs to support the growth of MSEs. The
events reached 2, 269 micro businesses and startups.
● Worked closely with the technical and grants team on designing and launching more than 50
activities and series of awareness events to promote the project’s initiatives, publications and
tools.
● Organized events related to the women owned home-based businesses; including training
workshops and bazaars, large exhibitions to showcase their products and help them create
market linkages.
● Worked closely with the Project’s Director on Organizing several internal events including project
retreats, work planning workshops, internal (staff) training programs.
● Developed and maintained a comprehensive database of local venues, vendors, and business
service providers (BSPs) for 6 governorates across Jordan.
● Assisted the communications team in the development of project publications and promotional
material, PR, as well as reviewing proposals and provide feedback and enhancements to gain the
best outcomes.

King Hussein Cancer Foundation & Center
Create, organize and plan a variety of small to large-scale fundraising events at the King Hussein
Cancer Foundation and Center, including Marathons, Gala Dinners, signing ceremonies, VIP tours,
workshops and launching events.
