▪️Loop-checking, simulation, calibration and trouble-shooting of transmitters (pressure, temperature, level, pressure differential and flow together with element or sensor) either hart or foundation fieldbus type.

▪️Testing and trouble-shooting such components include miniature circuit breakers (MCB), auxiliary and trip relays, digital meters, binary central processing unit (BCPU) and current & voltage transformer (CT & VT).
▪️Internal and external wiring pre-check and scheme check of all local control panels in all sections of the substations.
▪️CT and VT modifications.
▪️DC, AC and CT looping of some local control panels such as Auxiliary transformer, Overheadlines feeders, Transformer incomer, Bus VT /Earthing, Bus Riser and Protection panels consisting of Bus Coupler, Bus Section, Busbar Checkzone, Automatic Capacitor Control System (ACCS), Busbar Protection, Under Voltage, Under Frequency, Load Shedding, Direct Current Distribution Board (DCDB), Alternating Current Distribution Board (ACDB) and Substation Automation System (SAS).
▪️Updating and stamping drawings such as pre-check and commissioning copy.
▪️Glanding, ferrule-making and termination as per cable schedule.

▪️Project : Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) Project
▪️Knowledgeable in interpreting instrument drawings and diagrams such as piping and instrumentation diagrams (P & ID), hook-up, termination connection of primary & secondary cables, wiring and instrument loop diagrams (ILD).
▪️Performing the calibration and loop-checking of all transmitters and control valves as per schedule.
▪️Trouble-shooting, repair, performance monitoring of analyzer shelters and modification of instrumentation control systems.
▪️Monitor various mechanical systems in the plant and ensure necessary maintenance and repairs which are performed in the equipment.

▪️Project : Takreer Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project (RRE - 7) /Offshore & Onshore Works.
▪️Assisting QC Instrument Supervisor in checking all the instrument devices, transmitters, control valves and junction boxes in the field and marshelling cabinets in the DCS and doing continuity test and meggering.
▪️Assist QC contractors in case of inspection in the field and DCS.
▪️Monitor gauges, dials and various indicators to verify proper operation of transmitters, control valves and machinery equipment.
▪️Performed complex mechanical alignments and calibration of equipment to quality standards.

▪️Project : Skikda Refinery, Rehabilitation and Adaptation Project
▪️Loop-checking, loop testing, leak testing, simulation, calibration and trouble-shooting of different transmitters (pressure, flow, temperature, pressure differential, level and analyzer) and control valves (gate, globe, pressure, flow, temperature and level).
▪️Monitor various mechanical systems in the plant and ensure necessary maintenance and repairs which are performed in the equipment.
▪️Ability to handle all day to day activities of instrumentation section in any process plant and to ensure that the quality of instruments are installed in accordance with design specifications, alarm conditions, stroke check for the valves, commissioning and start-up of support activities.

▪️Provide technical support to field maintenance and DCS group for preventive and pro-active maintenance related to instrumentation and control system to meet maximum uptime for plant production and quality.
