Administrative support to the senior management team.
Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings etc. Schedule necessary meetings. Attend meetings and prepare minutes. Liaise between executives and employees/clients. Generate regular reports and update databases. Make and confirm all travel arrangements. Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism. Respond in a timely fashion to managers’ requests. Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow. Troubleshoot challenges as they arise. Collaboratively review and recommend changes to our company policies.Write quotes and negotiate terms with insurance companies and clients. Issuance of draft and policies. Enter policy details in CRM system. Issuance of invoice.
Solve Business Problems, capable of analyzing the business to identify problems and/ or opportunities and to define solution characteristics. Worked closely with various project stakeholders, SMEs, and staff to understand and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications for new applications along with enhancements to the existing applications. Researched, created, reviewed, and revised requirement documents and use cases. Rendered support to the Project Manager throughout the project’s lifecycle including: development of project scope; collection and documentation of business requirements, preparation of related process documentation, preparation of change control documentation, and coordination of user acceptance testing.
Leading the Team
Lead the team to deliver software products within the SLA. Coach and mentor the team focusing on tasks at hand and the requirements. Schedule meetings to communicate on team status, tasks accomplishment and other deliverables. Review of tasks done by the team including documentation review. Validate and deploy software solutions at the customer site. Ensure compliance with the defined process and quality standards by meeting the SLA of the team ́s deliverables
Developing and Testing the project
Requirement Analysis, Software Product design, Product implementation, Preparation of Design and Code Documents, Product testing which includes Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance Testing to achieve defect free product. Defect fixing of the existing code. Product review. Production Support and Knowledge transfer to new employees. Worked mainly on COBOL, JCL, SQL queries etc.
