- Review and handling all kind of municipality works such as work permits, DEWA NOC, DCD NOC etc.
- Review of infrastructure works, road cross-section and updating the as-built records.
- Review and comments to concept / final design drawings / infrastructure works for MEP works within the specified timeframe and attending meeting with design consultant and developers.
- Building inspection after receipt of completion certificate request (Municipality inspection).
- Site visit to construction / fit-out works sites, to resolve site coordination issues and to inspect quality of works.
- Review and approval of DSOA tenants fit-out works drawings and attending meeting with sub-contractors / consultants.
- Review of all tender and contract documents, specification, stakeholder registry, co-ordination of all DSOA projects.
- Reporting / updating status of all activities to associate director / associate manager.
- Process enhancement and maintaining department risk assessment registry.
- Reviewing of shop drawings, all MEP services coordinated drawing, material submittal and Method of statement approval.
- Review the MEP tender drawing and coordinate with structural / Architectural drawing.
- Inspecting the Work Inspection Request submitted by the contractor and ensuring
the quality of work at site.
- Review and resolving the technical issue such as Request For Information (RFI)
- Coordinate with ID drawings.
- Reviewing of the drawings before submitting to the local authority.
- Conduct weekly co-ordination meeting and preparing minutes of meeting.
- Keeping track on the site progress reports to ensure completion of the project as schedule.
- Review / Approval of Interim Payment Certificates submitted by contractor.
- Preparing the all tender related documents.
- Preparation of the LT and HT schematic diagram.
- Approval of testing and commissioning of the all electrical equipments at site.
- Inspection and approval of the various types of electrical panels.
- Review and approval of the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
- Coordinate with ID drawings.
- Attending weekly co-ordination meeting with clients and architects.
- Reviewing of shop drawings, all MEP services coordinated drawing, material submittal and Method of statement approval.
- Review the MEP tender drawing and coordinate with structural / Architectural drawing.

- UPS and Normal Power point wiring.
- Installation of Lightning Protection System.
- Raising invoices for billings as per payment terms for the work completed at site
along with associated documentation.
