• Worked as Learning Executive in HR Department of Academy at Cognizant Technology India Solutions Ltd from April 2010 to March 2013.
• Working with the Business Unit to address their Learning & Development needs and driving the Learning Plan compliance and to create job impact
• Focusing on Consulted Talent Development and extending consulting support based on account need analysis, requirement gathering, designing effective solutions, Logistics arrangements, measure learning impact, inputs on project health and delivery related parameters

• Serve as a single point of contact as a Program Manager for all activities and tasks associated with that program.
