Create, develop and amend job descriptions.
Create, develop, communicate and monitor forms, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and reports aligned with the business
strategy and goals.
Manage the recruitment process and selection, open vacancies, filter & sort received applications, conduct first interview,
schedule qualified candidates interview with hiring manager, close vacancy.
Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
Manage & oversee the yearly performance appraisal process including setting goals, performance reviews & development

Maintain a competitive compensations & benefits package.
Review and analyze salaries to maintain internal fairness.
Identify and assess training needs to enhance employee skills by coordinating and monitoring training programs.
Develop succession planning strategies for employee career development.
Report monthly to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and employee engagement, handling employees’
compliances and conducting investigations when needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, by staying up to date on the latest updates and changes.
Maintain HR records and employees’ files and ensure file/e-file documentation meets legal requirements.

Post open vacancies, source, screen, and interview candidates
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee issues promptly
Identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs to enhance employee skills
Update, maintain and ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment
Implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote professional development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data
Prepare and submit HR reports to senior management as required
