•Presently handling all administrative activities such as Airline Ticket Booking for all employees for Vacation and business trip, including guest/suppliers within and outside Kingdom.
•Hotel reservation arrangement within Saudi Arabia which includes Jeddah (H.O.) and Riyadh and Dammam (branches) for sales personnel and clients and also outside Saudi Arabia for our guest/Suppliers and company staff whenever visiting branches.
•Arrange meeting with clients and customers as well as for Senior Managers within and outside area.
•Fully co-coordinating with Managers, staff and workers for the update of any additional requirements needed on daily basis for the HR purpose and update all employees list including personal files. In addition, daily activities such as telephone attending, incoming and outdoing fax operation.
•Receiving and replying e-mails directly to the concerned within and outside company.
•Preparing letters, internal memos whenever necessary and circulate to all departments by e-mail.
•Also, handing all office supplies (buying directly from supplier) and maintaining within the Jeddah Area.
•Sales Coordinator in preparing quotations & proceed to the production upon Purchase Order and can work in accounts department as accounts assistant in preparing invoices, petty cash voucher and cross check invoices and LC Preparation, monthly statement of account and submit to the Chairman upon the approval of Finance Manager etc.
•Can handle and work any department of the Company related to Secretarial and Coordinator works without any assistance.
