o Worked as special education teacher and speech trainer in Hamza Foundation Academy for the Deaf, Lahore Pakistan for two years w.e.f. 1999 to 2001.
Responsibilities at HFAD:
• Teaching for secondary deaf and hearing impaired pupils.
• Plan and prepare work and resources for learners in curriculum and assessment.
• Teach individual deaf and hearing impaired kids according to their requirement
• Carry out assessments of the needs of deaf and hearing impaired kids on periodic basis
• The production of IEPs and reports as required. (awarded many times for best IEP planner and implementer)
• Plan for the use of appropriate techniques in the area of communication technology for the deaf and hearing impaired childrens.
• Responsible for the care, functioning and correct use of specialist equipment.
o Worked as clinical volunteer speech therapy researcher and volunteer Physiotherapist in Rehabilitation Center of Mayo Hospital for one and half year w.e.f. Feburary 1999 to August 2000.
o Worked as in charge of speech therapy model researcher in Accousticon Speech Center, Lahore Pakistan for 9 months in 2001.
o Eight months honorary Lectureship in Ibn-e-Amir Degree Collage for Women, Gujrat Pakistan in 1999.
Computer Skills
o Can operate MS Excel, MS Word and data related software i.e. SPSS with a speed of 20 wpm approximately.
