1) In-charge for overseeing all Mechanical works, prepare shop drawing & material submittal for consultant’s approval.
2)Ensuring the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the
approved construction program.
3)Ensuring that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets
the specification and the consultant requirements
4)Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.

2) Recognizing Strategic Accounts; accounts that have high potential; operating with these accounts on the prospects from inception & converting them into business opportunities.
3) Preparing Heat Load, Estimation, BOQ Preparations & Basic AutoCAD designs.
4) Attending techno-commercial negotiations, payment / document collection order follow-up, post order follow-up, coordination with Head Office for same.
5) Coordinating with Service Team and leading preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
