Conduct in-line and final inspections across production stages: cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.

Prepare detailed quality reports and track defects, non-conformities, and improvement measures.

Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Monitor adherence to buyer specifications, ISO standards, and internal SOPs.

Participate in training workers on quality awareness and inspection techniques.

Assist in audits and maintain records to support compliance with export standards.

In this role I am responsible for planning, monitoring, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems and procedures. Collecting staff by selecting and training employees. Maintaining workflow by monitoring steps of the process, studying methods, increasing production, and implementing cost reductions. Monitoring production plan by time studies, scheduling, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the process flow and production amounts. Maintaining quality in the products, ensuring operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for the staff and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Training for the university the role is making an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) system, that system was made for all the workers in the company specially the new workers clarify the company steps to perform the work and mostly this enterprise system work because it has a high depending on informations that produced from defferent departmens with specific and precise steps .

Real estate sale is Meeeting a clients and explain the Company business for them which is real estate and convince them to buy a real estate by explaining the benefits.

The role was university training for the graduation project talking about quality control, for that we spend about 8 months visiting the company, discussing the problems, monitoring the labors movement, the production process and movement, the machines distribution and the company layout for good understanding for the company and then find the suitable solution which in line with the company capabilities and production .
