Review material submittals and shop drawings in accordance to the project
specification, QCDD requirements, architectural and ID drawing.

requests done by my junior architect at site.

* Resolve site issued in a buildable, cost and time saving effective manner.
* Review and reply to RFIs.
* Liaise with Interior Designer Specialist for the selection, recommendation, and
approval of interior finishing materials.
* Review and comment on the time schedule and monitor the work on site on a
daily basis.

Job Description:
* Review contract drawings and technical specifications and the scope of works of
architectural finishes.
* Review architectural drawings and conduct design discussion on issues raised
(architectural and MEP) as part of the coordination exercises.
* Liaise with the contracts department regarding new design requirements,
drawing comments, or other related issued that will affect the tender drawings
and will cause variations to the contract.
* Check and review shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors prior to
submission to employer’s representation team for approval.
* Initiate and preside coordination discussion between sub-contractors.
