To assist implement HR strategy including policies, procedures and plans to enable the achievement of organizational objectives. Contribute to the development of HR systems, processes, policies and procedures Ensure that employees are constantly equipped with skills and knowledge to support the company’s business objectives. Ensure that manpower requirement of functions are properly filled.
AlQahtani holding company, responsible for 13 companies in different fields: Oil and gas, Mining, Real estate, Beverages, Manufacturing, industrial.
Role and responsibilities:
• Sourcing, Screening, interviews, Support the hiring managers for the Selection decision.
• Onboarding process
• Job offer negotiations with selected candidates
• Handling the communications with abroad manpower agencies
• Reports: Daily, weekly, monthly achievements reports
• Support Abha and Jeddah teams in their openings
• Saudization weekly report
• Universities communications
-Build strong relationships with new clients and enhance current client relationship.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects and ensure all requests are achieved in a remarkable time.
-Prepare financial offer for the clients and follow up the negotiation and contracting processes.
- Providing a well-qualified candidates (Saudi and non-Saudi) in various sectors (Health, Educational, Engineering, Restaurant and cafes, logistics, IT, etc)
and diverse position levels.
- Constantly search for new candidates sources (Applications, universities, academies, etc).
-Participating in Recruitment expos.
- Practiced Recruiting, Head hunting, Talent acquisition strategies.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والعمل على تعزيز العلاقت الحالية
-إدارة عدد من مشاريع التوظيف والتأكد من تحقيق كل الطلبات في فترة زمنية قصيرة
-إعداد العروض المالية للعملاء ومتابعة عملية المفاوضات وتوقيع العقود
- توفير مرشحين عالين الكفاءة ( سعوديين و غير سعوديين) في مختلف القطاعات (الصحة، الأكاديمي، الهندسة، المطاعم والكافيهات، اللوجستي، التقنية، وأخرى)
- البحث باستمرار عن مصادر جديدة للمرشحين
-المشاركة في عدد من معارض التوظيف
- ممارسة استراتيجيات Head hunting, Talent acquisition
