- Guide the Business team on choosing the best ERP solution for them through Cost & Benefit presentations.
- Manage the onsite implementation of ATLAS Business Model (Salesforce, SAP, LOGON, HODIM) in MEA LH Countries ( Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa ) from (Business / Functional ) perspective by leading, guiding people and adjusting country business processes in order to achieve a smooth & sustainable transformation.
- Ensure the transformation executions on time and operational activities cross over streams that having a desired level of quality in all subsidiaries.
- Review and identify the viability study for the countries business needs in Logistics, Commercial & Inventory areas in order to find gaps, Manage risks, Share lesson learned, Improve the solutions exist.
- Facilitate a proper communications about challenges/ issues between business users and EMEA-ITSC technical teams Using ( One Common Language ).
- Manage three waves of Go-Live simulation cross over all streams before implementation Go-Live for all Operational Sites in parallel.
- Optimizing the project’s costs by automating the business process and reducing the user’s interference.
- Supporting countries in the identifications of deviation or issues related to Internal Controls and implement the needed measures for guarantee compliance.
- Member in EMEA LafargeHolcim Group Digitalization Automation Project Committee.
-Functional Expert in SAP ( LE, SD, WM ) and Reporting BI environments ( BO, BW ).

- Implement Oracle E-Business Suite HR & Payroll modules for two BU’s Ready mix & Aggregates Sites.
- Implement Oracle Order Management module and integrate it with local dispatch solutions for 26 Batch Plants (Ready Mix Sites).
- Project manager for the Logistics Fleet Management solution implementation.
- Implement an Oracle Time & Labors Solution for two BU’s Ready mix, Aggregates
(28 Sites).
- Implement E-Banking and E-Post integration online with more than 2300 Postal offices.

- Develop a Treasury Solution to handle the (Deposits checks, Bank LCs, Bank LGs, Bank
IDCs, Petty Cash Process Cycle).
