• Guide the senior management in restructuring business strategies based on collated market intelligence on competition and other market trends
• Focus on accomplishing business/ revenue targets by implementing effective business strategies based on changing market dynamics and statutory regulations
• Generate market awareness on existing/ forthcoming banking products and services to enhance market penetration across the target market segment
• Evaluate and restructure existing policies and procedures to be submitted to the board for approval
• Acquaint employees with organizational policies & procedures for implementing the same in day to day business operations
