By serving as a link between the company and its customers, I interacted with the company's customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. When there is a new product or service that is not patronised, I suggested the product or service to customers by providing in depth information about it and encouraged customers to patronise it, by so doing, I helped to boost and increased sales.
I received inbound calls and made outbound calls.
I assisted customers over the phone or via internet with orders, prices and product questions and also recorded, kept the information for referencing and made it available when needed. I took customers orders, processed them and also proactively followed up on the orders, challenges and needs so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
I resolved product or service problems by clarifying customers complaints and determining the cause of the problem, I always made it a point to expedite correction or adjustment and followed up to ensure resolution.
I analysed and created reports to understand when and why our customers contacted us and worked with feedback from our customers to identify the root causes of problems and used the information and insights to ensure we continually improved our meeting with the customers expectations. I do all of the above to see to it that our customers overall contact with us is a positive one, because I understood the impact poor customer experience will have on the brand and the organisation's progress. I ensured customer issues are handled in a reliable, cost efficient, accurate and professional manner.
