SCOPE OF WORK
* Sales & Marketing Yaquby International brands to increase
brand popularity and sales volume among target consumers.
* Managing, motivating and developing sales and merchandising team.
* Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies
new business opportunities, markets and partners. Increasing customer base and
product base in existing customers.
* Working closely with distribution partners and Market Research companies to obtain
relevant information, including the development and implementation of brand studies
and focus groups.
* Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors performance to identify strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
* Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues
websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.
* Delivering internal presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing
materials, business objective and communication strategy.
* Coordinating weekly meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’
performance and sending to supplier.
* Educating and on - field training for sales team on approaching, negotiation, closing
deals, dealing with the product, after sales services, brand awareness and brand
image.
* Forecasting yearly order and in market sales and monitor.
* Monitoring sales team performance against target on daily basis.
* Collect detailed outlet wise report from sales team and improve brand performance.
* Plan and monitor yearly marketing activities calendar.
* Brand promoting activities through social media.
* Coordinating with customer complaints and other issues and find solutions.

SCOPE OF WORK
* Responsible to direct, monitor and control the sales and marketing staff towards the

* Possessing sound knowledge about various FMCG products and the distribution
network by conducting market survey with the help of sales and marketing team.
* Responsible for monitoring stocks and doing overseas purchases.
* Recruitment and training of new sales and merchandising team.
* Representing company in various events and exhibitions.
* Planning and organizing coffee machine demonstration and training for outlet staffs.
* Coordinate with customer complaints and queries and take appropriate research in
each case and find adequate solution.
* Negotiating with suppliers to get best deal for the benefit of the company.
* Planning and managing brand promoting activities e.g. Mystery shopper, new
product samplings and incentive schemes for key customers.
