• • Provide a diverse range of services with a focus on planning, design, review and facilitate evaluations of Electrical & Low Voltage services including Mission Critical Facilities (Main & Backup Data Centres) (140+ Rack) for new multi-specialty 617 bedded hospital in Kuwait. Coordinate the daily activities between cross-functional and design teams; review and release project requirements, design specifications, and descriptions. Resolve issues and provide recommendations on design modifications.
• Review of project concept design to ensure the system is in line with project requirements and local authority requirements. Review the engineering drawings and engineering reports of electrical and low voltage services such as load calculation, UPS, DG, transformer & cable selection, fault level calculation, power layout, and security services.
• Directed the day-to-day MEP services for high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use commercial projects across India and internationally. Provided general oversight to ensure project designs were in compliance with organizational vision and regulatory authority.
• Worked in collaboration with core design team based in China headquarters of Country Garden, one of the largest developers in China on the first project, Sky Mansion Experience Centre, by Risland project.
• Provided leadership, technical solutions, executed audit activities, and utilized experience and timely communications to deliver project milestone reporting and updated risk register at every stage of project development.
• Positioned to provide the design and handling of electro-mechanical services for large-scale projects across Middle East and Europe; project mapping, project assessments, recommended and developed various changes to ensure plans met all organizational objectives.
• Created cross-functional matrix-based MEP team of 40+ engineers to achieve stated goals. Coordinated MEP services and prepared the project compliance & status reports, reviewed work of engineers and technicians, and facilitated improvements to maintain the quality of deliverables.
