•Develop electrical distribution systems for large industrial applications and plans.
•Perform system calculations and studies for electrical power systems - load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, short circuit studies, and relay coordination studies.
•Involved in maintenance programs.
Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
•Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
•Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
•Reading design specifications and technical drawing.
•Implementing electrical components into any number of devices that use electricity.
Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
•Inspect completed installations and observe operations
•Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget
